Your businesses clarify their offer, test demand with the people they already know, and only then build. You only fund the ones who’ve proven they can sell.
How it works
02 · Test
They reach the people they already know over WhatsApp and their own content, and enquiries land in their dashboard. You see who is actually doing the work.
03 · Build
You choose which graduates to sponsor, and for how long. The rest can carry their own site themselves.
A free demo runs for 30 days on self-signup, and for the full cohort period for businesses in your cohort. Demo sites take enquiries but send no email, use stock photos only, and are hidden from search until a hosting plan is active.

Both plans run for a minimum of 3 months. After that, stay monthly or move to a year at a time.

Clarity completion running low in a cohort? Add a facilitator at R750 per business and we get them over the line with a Clarity Sprint.
Sponsorship terms
You sponsor a graduate on their own plan, for a term you choose: 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 months. Twelve months is billed at the yearly price and includes a free domain. Sponsored sites run on your brand and address until the business graduates to its own domain.

What you get
A cohort dashboard
Invite businesses by link, WhatsApp code or a list you upload. See clarity, demo status, shares, enquiries and stage per business, with cohort totals and progress through the term.
Monthly outcomes report
A reporting-ready summary of what your cohort did: activation, enquiries generated, graduates and sponsorships, as a document and a spreadsheet. Partner plan.
Your brand on their sites
Sponsored sites run on your address with an optional “Supported by” badge, until the business graduates to its own domain.
Questions
- Does this count as enterprise and supplier development spend?
- The programme is structured to be reportable as ESD spend — please confirm the treatment with your verification agency.
- Who does the work?
- ValueFirst delivers the clarity work, the sites and the support. You choose who joins and who gets funded.
- Who owns the data?
- Each business owns its own customers and enquiries. You see counts and progress for your cohort, never their customer or contact details. That keeps everyone inside POPIA.
- What happens after 3 months?
- Carry on monthly, move to a yearly plan, or stop. Businesses you sponsor keep running for the term you chose, and anyone else can pay for their own site.
- What if a business never finishes their clarity work?
- You'll see it in the dashboard. Add a facilitator at R750 per business, or leave them out of the next round.
